Some boots need bigger sizes then normal and others need smaller, if this is the case we always provide information in the relevant departments warning of this.       We literally ship to every corner of the world. If it can be reached by canoe, we will send it there. Although we try our best to avoid them, there can sometimes be charges for shipping to countries outside Europe, but we hope this does not discourage our international customers. We will always strive to find the most reliable and cost effective way of delivering to our international buyers.

      We offer free shipping to UK customers on orders over £50. If the value is lower than £50 then the shipping will cost no more than £3. We also offer free returns on orders over £50 so if you’re not happy with what you’ve got you can send it back totally free of any postal charges.

      For our international customers we have split the world into two zones. All of Europe is £6-£10 the rest of the world is £15. We believe this is some of the best shipping prices around for international customers because of the size and weight of the boots. All packages are International signed for and can easily be tracked online. All information will be provided once your boots have been shipped.

      For customers in the UK there are no additional costs or fees. Because we ship from within the UK, there is no chance of our customers being charged any duty or customs fees. For those ordering from outside the UK, there is always the chance of there being small customs charges although this is very rare and we try our best to make sure this does not happen.

      All orders before 4.00pm will be dispatched on the day of ordering depending on the product these can arrive the next day, please always check the delivery tabs on the product pages for more information. All orders after 4:00pm will be dispatched next working day and be delivered 2 working days after the order date again this is not always the case so please check delivery Information on the product page or our delivery information page.

      Unfortunately on occasions orders can be delayed for various reasons, so while we do appreciate that customers do expect their goods on time, we ask in these situations that you follow the guidelines set by the delivery service we use to dispatch all orders, Royal mail.

      Please wait 15 working days (from the due date of delivery) before contacting us about any underlivered items.
