      For extra security we have worked with Visa and Master Card to offer our customers Verified by Visa and Master Card secure which work in the same way as chip and pin. When you are completing a transaction you will be asked for a password. We take online shopping and keeping our customers identity secure very seriously.

      We have also registered with Internet Shopping Is Safe and Internet Delivery Is Safe. This is an independent company who vets and checks that online retailers are abiding by UK law and practices. Our authentication can be checked by clicking on the Logos. It is recommended that when shopping online to only shop with retailers who are accredited with ISIS.

      Each individual is different so please measure your feet and then check our size guide to find which size boot is perfect for you. Some boots need bigger sizes then normal and others need smaller, if this is the case we always provide information in the relevant departments warning of this.       We literally ship to every corner of the world. If it can be reached by canoe, we will send it there. Although we try our best to avoid them, there can sometimes be charges for shipping to countries outside Europe, but we hope this does not discourage our international customers. We will always strive to find the most reliable and cost effective way of delivering to our international buyers.

      We offer free shipping to UK customers on orders over £50. If the value is lower than £50 then the shipping will cost no more than £3. We also offer free returns on orders over £50 so if you’re not happy with what you’ve got you can send it back totally free of any postal charges.

      For our international customers we have split the world into two zones. All of Europe is £6-£10 the rest of the world is £15. We believe this is some of the best shipping prices around for international customers because of the size and weight of the boots. All packages are International signed for and can easily be tracked online. All information will be provided once your boots have been shipped.

      We understand not all customers like using Debit / Credit Cards card’s online. That’s why we also offer PayPal as a payment method. Our Only Oz PayPal account has been fully verified with PayPal.

      We now also offer Google Checkout which works in the same way as PayPal. Hundreds of online stores now accept Google Checkout as a Payment method and it’s really fast and easy to use.

      For customers in the UK there are no additional costs or fees. Because we ship from within the UK, there is no chance of our customers being charged any duty or customs fees. For those ordering from outside the UK, there is always the chance of there being small customs charges although this is very rare and we try our best to make sure this does not happen.

      All orders before 4.00pm will be dispatched on the day of ordering depending on the product these can arrive the next day, please always check the delivery tabs on the product pages for more information. All orders after 4:00pm will be dispatched next working day and be delivered 2 working days after the order date again this is not always the case so please check delivery Information on the product page or our delivery information page.

      When paying by card, all card information is wiped after the transaction has gone through, we do not store any of your card information on our system. This is the best way of keeping online transactions safe. We have one of the best systems around in protecting customer’s details and we are part of the data protection act.
