Free Returns Available On UK Orders

We hate having to return items too, but unfortunately it does happen, so to lower the stress levels that you may feel when having to return an item we have decided to give customers FREE Returns on Individual orders over £50. That’s right if you have a problem with your order you can send it back to us completely free. There are a few minor details we ask you to pay attention to when completing a return.

Please see below:

Step 1:

Fill out this short and easy returns form. We will send you a confirmation email to let you know that you are free to send us your items. (Returns without a form can take longer to process.)

Step 2:

Check your item to make sure it is sent back (including the box) in its ORIGINAL CONDITION which means they should not have been DAMAGED, ALTERED or WASHED. Print your returns form and include it with your package. We reserve the right to send back orders or charge customers for any damaged items we receive.

Step 3:

If you are eligible for free returns then please print off a returns label which can be found at the top of this page. Once printed please attach it to the front of your package and hand it over to a post office who will accept it without charge. If you are not eligible for free returns then please send it to the address below:

Step 4:

We strongly advise that all items be returned via a recorded method of delivery please ask for a “proof of posting" certificate from your Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing items when they are sent back.

Step 5:

Our hard working team do the rest. All you have to do is sit back and wait for your replacement item or refund.

Other Mumbo Jumbo

There are a few minor rules and details its worth keeping note of we have detailed these below.

• Our returns guarantee is 14 days we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds outside of this 14 day window from the date of your order.
• Sale items must be returned within 7 days from the day of delivery. This is a strict policy so please do allow enough time for your item to arrive.
• We only provide free returns on one Item, once. Any returns thereafter will be covered by the customer.
• We do both exchanges and refunds so let us know your choice when completing your returns form and we can handle the rest.
• Refunds are done within 3 days and replacement products are sent out the same day the original item arrives back to us.
• The free return only applies for individual orders over £50.00
